The Well World app Home Screen is composed of five sections, from which you can navigate through most of the main functions of the app.
From top to bottom of the Home Screen, the sections are:
- Tracking Date - the date of the day you are tracking progress
- Plan Statistics - a visual dashboard that you can swipe through to see your progress
- Practitioner Message - A daily message from your Practitioner
- Tracking Icons - each icon opens tracking for a particular area of the plan or program
- Navigation Icons - additional plan information, resources, and communications features
Tracking Icons
- Body - for tracking specific body metrics
- Nutrition - for tracking daily meals and supplements
- Meditation - for tracking meditation, if included in your plan
- Condition - for tracking your daily condition and mood
- Movement - for tracking movement and exercise
- Notes - a digital journal for notes
Navigation Icons
- Track - takes you to the Home Screen
- Plans - complete description of daily plan guidelines
- Contact - contact information for your practitioner or coach and Text Chat (if enabled by practitioner)
