You can customize Daily Messages for your patients and clients, to encourage and inspire them each and every day. These daily messages show on the "home" screen of the patient mobile application next to your Practitioner photo.
To customize the Daily Messages for any plan, click on the Plans tab on the top navigation menu of your Practitioner Portal to access the Plans page.
On the Plans page, click on the plan that you want to create daily messages for.
Once on the page for a particular plan, click on the Daily Message menu under the Plan Details menu on the right side of the screen. You will see the pre-populated Daily Messages which you can edit.
To edit a Daily Message, click the pencil icon and a pop-up window will appear.
Enter the text of the new Daily Message and click Update to save the new message.
